Quick Start Guide + Support

Set up and use your iBud Buds

1. Pairing your iPhone or Android device

Pair with your iPhone or iOS device.

Important: First, disconnect devices under the My Devices tab, e.g., iwatch or headphones. iPhones support a single audio Bluetooth device. You can reconnect your devices once pairing is complete.

1. Go to the settings app and tap on Bluetooth.

2. On the Bluetooth screen, turn on Bluetooth (1) on your iPhone, iPad or iOS device.

3. Open the case lid and hold your iBud Buds next to your unlocked iPhone or iPad device.

4. Under 'Other Devices', tap 'iBud S52A' (2) to connect your device.

5. You will be notified under 'My Devices' that your device is 'Connected' (3).

Your iBuds will now auto-pair with your iPhone, iPad or iOS device when the case lid is open.

Pair with your Android device.

1. Swipe down from the top of the screen.

2. Tap and hold Bluetooth.

1. Go to the settings app and tap on Bluetooth.

2. On the Bluetooth screen, turn on Bluetooth (1) on your Android or tablet device.

3. Open the case lid and hold your iBud Buds next to your unlocked Android device.

4. Under 'Pair new device' (2) tap 'iBud S52A' to connect your device.

5. You will be notified under 'Paired Devices' that your device is 'Connected' (3)

Your iBuds will now auto-pair with your phone, tablet or Android device when the case lid is open.

2. Find your Perfect Fit

Find a snug and secure fit

iBud Buds come with a choice of with three ear tip sizes - small, medium, and large in soft non-slip silcone to fit the widest range of ears.

Medium-size ear tips are pre-installed on the earbuds when you first unbox your iBuds.

Insert the ear tips, with your fingertips gently pull down the arms and rotate forwards to create a seal thats feels snug and secure.

If you can't find a good seal?

Tips: Try re-inserting or adjusting the earbuds.

If the ear tip feels too small and loose in your ears, switch to the larger ear tip. If the ear tip feels too large in your ears or uncomfortable, switch to the smaller size ear tip.

There have been instances where different-sized ear tips have been used in the left and right ears.

If you require ear tips for XS ear canals, reach out to support@ibud.store and we can send you a pair if in stock.

Remove or attach eartips

To remove an ear tip, pull firmly with your fingers at the base of the ear tip where it attaches to the earbud.

To attach an ear tip, align the tip with the circular nozzle on the earbud. With your fingers at the base of the ear tip, push the tip onto the connector until you feel it click securely into place.

3. Learn your Touch Controls

Device Controls

iBud Buds allow you to listen to music, make calls, toggle listening modes or chat with your voice assistant simply by touching the 'iBud' logo.

Speaking to your Voice Assistant

iBuds open channel utilizes your iOS and Android phone microphone allowing you to chat with your voice assistant if your phone or tablet is near and within range.

Chat with 'Siri, Hey Google' or 'Bixby' hands-free without touching your iBuds or phone.

If your phone is out of range, tap 3 times to speak with your voice assistant.

Control your Music, Volume and Calls

Start by summoning your voice assistant.

- 'Hey Siri, 'Hey Google', or 'Hi Bixby'

Then immediately say what you need - 'play music'

- 'Play song / Pause song'

- 'Next song / Perious song'

- 'Increase volume to 70'

- 'Turn down volume to 30'

- 'Answer call / Reject call'

Test your device
